What happens once you place your order? - Once your order is placed, we immediately start processing your order. Your hat is embroidered by us in house and shipped out to you within 1-2 business days (Saturdays not included) Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email & the shipping process will take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
